Own high-touch migrations of strategic clients from Reed & Mackay to Navan Premier, from discovery and data migration through go-live, training, and early adoption.
What you'll do
- Manage migration workstreams, project plans, timelines, and relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Map legacy travel policies and workflows to Navan, coordinating cross-functional teams and escalating technical risks.
- Deliver change management and training, and use migration insights to improve the Navan Premier playbook and product feedback.
