Leads high-touch migrations of strategic clients from Reed & Mackay to Navan Premier, from discovery and data migration through launch, training, and early adoption.
What you'll do
- Manage migration workstreams, project plans, timelines, and communication with senior client stakeholders.
- Map travel policies and workflows to Navan, coordinate cross-functional teams, and escalate technical risks.
- Deliver change-management training and improve the migration playbook using client feedback.
