Leads end-to-end migrations of strategic clients from Reed & Mackay to Navan Premier, coordinating onboarding, integrations, training, and early adoption.
What you'll do
- Manage migration workstreams, plans, and timelines from kickoff through go-live, advising senior client stakeholders.
- Map legacy travel policies and workflows to Navan, coordinating with internal teams and escalating technical risks.
- Design and deliver training, improve the migration playbook, and share customer feedback to inform product development.
