Mid-Market Account Executive, M&E

What you'll do

• Prospect, qualify, demonstrate, propose, negotiate, and close event-related opportunities while managing pipeline and forecasts.
• Match customers with Advanced Events, room blocks, or managed planning services; build value-based business cases and coordinate stakeholders and specialists.
• Partner across sales and delivery teams, hand off customers after sale, and stay engaged through launch and the initial event transaction.

What they ask for

• 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
• Demonstrated outbound prospecting and product-demo skills, with a record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong discovery, qualification, communication, and relationship-building skills; ability to manage multi-stakeholder opportunities with operational dependencies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience selling meetings, events, event technology, venue or hotel sourcing, travel, hospitality, or related services.
• Training in a sales methodology such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, or Command of the Message.

Pay

$180,000 — $240,000 USD (OTE pay range; includes base salary and target incentive compensation)
