Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence and Strategy

What you'll do

• Build and manage competitive intelligence systems, data standards, research workflows, and reporting.
• Analyze competitive performance and deliver insights, recommendations, and executive reporting to GTM leaders.
• Translate findings into sales enablement, support high-impact deals, and lead cross-functional programs to improve the intelligence program.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, Revenue Operations, GTM strategy and operations, sales analytics, revenue enablement, consulting, or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to combine qualitative intelligence with quantitative CRM and revenue data and make actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Google Sheets or Excel, plus dashboard and recurring reporting experience in a BI or analytics platform.
• Experience defining metrics, improving data quality, and measuring the impact of GTM programs and seller behavior.

Nice to have

• SQL or comparable data-querying experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or startup environment.

$123,750 — $215,000 USD (pay range; compensation type not specified)
