What you'll do
- Design and develop agentic workflows and production LLM systems, including safeguards, evaluations, and monitoring.
- Own agent quality through tests, adversarial evaluations, contracts, and safety metrics for loyalty data and other sensitive workflows.
- Integrate frontend, backend, wallet APIs, chat, data services, and AI workflows to deliver personalized customer experiences.
