About the job
Owns delivery of global rewards programs for Nebius’ go-to-market organization, advising leaders and aligning GTM needs with enterprise frameworks, governance, and business priorities.
What you'll do
- Deliver GTM compensation programs and cycles, including merit, bonus, equity, and sales incentives; guide calibrations and resolve complex issues.
- Advise senior GTM leaders on job evaluation, pay, incentives, equity, market trends, and workforce risks, using data to recommend actions.
- Coordinate with global Rewards and cross-functional partners to maintain program consistency, governance, adoption, and effectiveness; enable managers and guide junior professionals.
