Maintains and supports data center IT infrastructure by diagnosing hardware and network issues, performing repairs, and carrying out installation, maintenance, and deployment tasks onsite in Kansas City.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues across compute, storage, and networking platforms; perform repairs and routine maintenance.
- Install, upgrade, decommission, and cable hardware; support diagnostics and RMA processes.
