Manages the day-to-day performance, development, staffing, and incident response of data center technician and facilities engineering teams at Nebius’s Oklahoma site.
What you'll do
- Assigns and tracks shift work, manages handoffs, and directs on-site incident escalations across both disciplines.
- Coaches staff, conducts performance and development reviews, and leads hiring activities.
- Oversees vendor and contractor work, including safety practices, MOP review, and execution quality.
