Leads regional environmental, health, and safety strategy, teams, governance, incident response, and performance across Nebius sites and operations.
What you'll do
- Set regional EHS priorities and translate global strategy, policy, and legislation into site practices and controls.
- Lead and develop local teams; advise regional and site leadership and oversee audits, inspections, risk controls, and incident investigations.
- Drive regional EHS performance and continuous improvement, support environmental and sustainability work, and represent Nebius with regulators and partners.

- 6+ years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience, including leading or managing a team.
- Working knowledge of country and regional legislation, with experience shaping policy and standards.
