What you'll do
- Manage enterprise SaaS applications from evaluation and procurement through deployment, renewal, optimization, and retirement.
- Lead vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, and cross-functional security, compliance, risk, and audit reviews.
- Evaluate and govern AI tools, and improve SaaS reliability, automation, documentation, and business continuity processes.
