What you'll do
- Assess current processes, define a scalable target operating model, and execute a transformation roadmap across processes, policies, systems, data, and controls.
- Partner across Sales, Commercial Ops, Legal, Finance, GTM Systems, Billing Engineering, and Billing Product to standardize and automate workflows from deal structuring through billing and activation.
- Lead implementation and adoption of cross-functional programs, playbooks, governance, and metrics to improve cycle time, accuracy, and time-to-revenue.
