What you'll do
- Analyze and document complex accounting matters, including consolidation, revenue, leases, financing, construction projects, and M&A.
- Prepare and review accounting memos and SEC filings; collaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams.
- Support SOX compliance, implement new accounting guidance, and improve reporting processes and controls.
