Supports Neighbor’s financial planning and analysis by building forecasts and models, analyzing marketplace performance, and presenting findings to leadership.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain forecast and long-range planning models; track results against plan and explain variances.
- Model marketplace economics, develop planning assumptions, and use BI and accounting data to answer leadership questions.
- Present analysis and help prepare quarterly board materials; research industry trends and recommend opportunities.
