Owns clinical accuracy and safety for Neko Health’s generative AI products, setting quality standards, evaluating outputs, and validating releases.
What you'll do
- Set clinical requirements and quality standards for generative AI surfaces; lead clinical safety from scoping through rollout.
- Build and run clinical evaluation frameworks, including acceptance thresholds, and own the safety case for member-facing chat.
- Validate Doctor Scribe output and partner with Product, Engineering, and clinical and quality teams on roadmap and releases.
