What you'll do
- Conduct preventive health consultations and screenings, including skin imaging and cardiovascular assessments, and explain findings in plain language.
- Create personalized, actionable health plans and educate members about dermatological and cardiovascular risks and lifestyle strategies.
- Provide clinical oversight and escalation support for APPs and collaborate with clinic teams to improve care continuity and member experience.
