What you'll do
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, service, and upgrade scanning instruments at US clinical sites.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to turn field insights into product and process improvements.
- Maintain service documentation and compliance standards, and identify improvements to reliability and preventative maintenance.
