Build and launch Neko Health’s on-site clinical laboratory in New York, then lead its daily operations, testing quality, regulatory readiness, and technologist team.
What you'll do
- Set up the laboratory and lead instrument and assay validation, SOP development, and compliant go-live under CLIA, CMS, and New York State regulations.
- Oversee instrument performance, testing quality, QC, maintenance, inspection readiness, and day-to-day laboratory operations.
- Manage, coach, and develop the Laboratory Technologist team and serve as the on-site escalation point for technical, operational, and quality issues.
