What you'll do
- Lead laboratory setup, validation, documentation, and go-live under CLIA, CMS, and Florida regulations.
- Maintain testing quality, instrument performance, inspection readiness, and day-to-day operations.
- Manage and develop Laboratory Technologists and serve as the on-site escalation point for laboratory issues.
