Leads and scales the US Signature Concierge program, improving the end-to-end experience for premium members across booking, clinic visits, and follow-up.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop US Signature Concierge teams and improve service quality, satisfaction, and retention.
- Create and scale the Signature Playbook, including SOPs, tone-of-voice guidelines, and escalation protocols.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Legal, and clinic leadership to improve member workflows and roll out system features.
