About the job

Leads end-to-end research on LLM agents, from experimentation through prototyping and testing practical products.

What you'll do

  • Lead research on LLM reasoning, post-training, and agentic system design; develop methods to improve agent capability, reliability, and safety.
  • Design and analyze experiments, benchmark performance, and investigate model behaviors and failure modes.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to prototype and productionize research; help shape the research culture and technical roadmap.

What they ask for

  • Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, or AI systems, with experience in LLMs.
  • Deep understanding of at least one area: agentic system design, LLM post-training, or data pipeline design and model evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern ML frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and analyze research experiments from idea to implementation; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with open-weight models and training infrastructure.
  • Publications at top-tier AI venues or experience turning research prototypes into usable tools or products.

Tools

Python, PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, Llama, Mistral

AI focus

Research and develop reliable, grounded, and safe LLM agents, including reasoning, post-training, agentic system design, tool use, planning, and model evaluation.
