What you'll do

What they ask for
- Experience leading a software team as a hands-on manager, with responsibility for people management and technical direction.
- Deep embedded-platform experience with custom Linux (Yocto/Buildroot), kernel/BSPs, bootloaders, and runtime/SDK layers.
- Track record of running a platform or foundational-software team as a product, with stable interfaces and versioning.

Nice to have
- Experience building an embedded platform team from a small nucleus or working on MCU/RTOS platforms alongside embedded Linux.
