Build and lead Neros’s electrical design assurance function, personally executing verification and validation of electronics and carrying results through production industrialization.
What you'll do
- Establish design assurance practices, including worst-case circuit analysis, component derating, and DFMEA.
- Plan and execute EV/DV qualification campaigns and build supporting test infrastructure, including HIL stations and fixtures.
- Partner with NPI and Test to transfer verification into production and feed failures back into design; hire and develop engineers.
