What you'll do
- Supervise, schedule, coach, and develop SMT operators, material handlers, and technicians.
- Manage line performance, changeovers, NPI builds, and bottleneck resolution while coordinating with engineering, materials, planning, and quality teams.
- Sustain 5S, visual management, safety, and quality practices, and implement automation and continuous-improvement opportunities.
