Sets technical direction and builds the software and tooling that releases, installs, upgrades, and operates NetBox Cloud and Enterprise, while improving production reliability and leading cross-team engineering work.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain NetBox delivery software, including Kubernetes operators, controllers, internal APIs, and release tooling.
- Set architecture and engineering standards; contribute to NetBox and its core plugins to improve production performance and reliability.
- Mentor engineers, coordinate cross-team changes, and provide technical incident leadership.
