About the job
Designs microarchitecture and RTL for low-power digital processors and hardware accelerators used in brain-computer interface systems, coordinating hardware/software interfaces and silicon bring-up.
What you'll do
- Design microarchitecture and implement RTL for low-power DSPs, accelerators, GPUs, and radio or serial-link MAC/PHY systems.
- Model workloads and analyze energy and performance to optimize architectures and hardware/software interfaces.
- Collaborate with verification engineers on silicon bring-up tests.
What they ask for
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing and implementing embedded software in C or Rust.
- Expertise in SystemVerilog, C/C++, and Python.
- Experience with emulation models, transactors, and test environments, complex digital-system design from architecture through RTL, and DSP pipelines from algorithm to RTL.
Nice to have
- Experience with architecture optimization for customized process technology, complex-system verification or physical design, or SoC testing and debugging.
- Experience with SystemVerilog/SystemC/C++ functional modeling, tool-flow automation, processor ISA design, or compiler back-end design.
