About the job
Own and operate identity, access, endpoint security, detection, and vulnerability management for Neuralink’s corporate IT environment, including implementation as code and on-call support.
What you'll do
- Design and operate identity, SSO, provisioning, lifecycle automation, and access controls across corporate systems.
- Manage endpoint security, logging and detection, vulnerability remediation, and incident response; participate in the IT on-call rotation.
- Implement security controls and automation, and support access reviews and audit evidence for HIPAA, PII handling, and SOC 2 or comparable frameworks.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience securing corporate IT environments.
- Experience administering an enterprise IdP, including SSO federation, SCIM provisioning, MFA enforcement, conditional access, and user lifecycle management; strong working knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
- Hands-on Terraform and Git-based workflow experience; experience operating at least two of enterprise EDR/AV, centralized logging or SIEM, vulnerability management, or MDM; scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing phishing-resistant MFA, certificate-based authentication, or PKI operations.
- Experience with zero-trust architecture, detection engineering, incident response, or regulated environments such as HIPAA or SOC 2.
