Build and lead Nevis Wealth’s legal function, advising leadership and teams across commercial, privacy, corporate, employment, product, fundraising, and operational matters.
What you'll do
- Own customer and vendor contracting, lead negotiations, and develop scalable contract templates and processes.
- Advise on privacy, data governance, product and security matters, including AI-related features and legal developments.
- Establish legal operations and governance, support fundraising and employment matters, and manage external counsel.
