About the job
Supports the accuracy and health of NYISO’s ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery platform through data analysis, validation, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Review CMDB records, validate Discovery and asset data, and identify data-quality issues.
- Develop operational reports and dashboards; monitor Discovery coverage and analyze data-quality trends.
- Document CMDB and governance processes and support testing, compliance reporting, and audit readiness.
