About the job
Supports the health and reliability of the ServiceNow platform through updates, upgrade testing, monitoring, reporting, documentation, workflow enhancements, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Assist with ServiceNow application and plug-in updates, upgrade testing, issue tracking, and related documentation.
- Help create or enhance service catalog items and automated workflows using low-code configuration tools.
- Develop platform reports and dashboards, analyze ServiceNow data, and support governance, CMDB, and data-quality activities.
