Build NewsBreak/NDot AI’s U.S. mini-drama ecosystem by recruiting and activating content partners, closing app and monetization partnerships, and connecting U.S. creative talent with Chinese production capacity.
What you'll do
- Map the U.S. partner ecosystem; recruit and activate producers and launch a founding-partner program.
- Close app, distribution and monetization partnerships, and build the U.S. go-to-market motion.
- Connect U.S. creatives with Chinese production partners and relay partner and market insights to product and GTM teams.
What they ask for
- Deep mini-drama/short-drama industry experience and an established network.
- Senior GTM, business development, partnerships, producer relations or content acquisition experience; track record in U.S.-China cross-border business.
- Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese, with cultural fluency in both markets.
- Proven partnership sourcing, negotiation, closing and producer activation skills; experience building ecosystems or communities, including events, market mapping and pipeline/CRM discipline.
