What you'll do
- Build and maintain compensation infrastructure, job architecture, and equity programs; review salary bands and benefits trends.
- Own annual performance, promotion, and compensation review cycles, including 360 feedback and calibration.
- Administer benefits and HR policies, and design onboarding and engagement programs that communicate company culture.
