About the job
Own and improve NexHealth’s accounting close, controls, reporting, audit readiness, and accounting operations, using automation and AI to make the close faster and more reliable.
What you'll do
- Lead the month-end close and offshore accounting team; establish review standards and work toward a 4-business-day close.
- Build accounting automation and AI agents, and develop finance reporting and data processes with tools such as Sigma and Snowflake.
- Oversee payroll and equity accounting, GAAP financial statements, internal controls, and audit readiness.
What they ask for
- Strong month-end close experience at a scaling SaaS, payments, or technology company; knowledge of US GAAP, accruals, and multi-entity accounting.
- Active CPA license and experience leading offshore or distributed accounting teams.
- Demonstrated automation work using LLMs or agentic workflow tools; strong SQL and hands-on Snowflake or similar data warehouse experience.
- Hands-on NetSuite experience and experience with payroll, spend management, BI, and cap table platforms.
Nice to have
- Big 4 or other public accounting experience; experience at a fast-growing SaaS business through multiple stages of scale.

Pay
$140,000 — $160,000 USD (base salary)
