Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for NexHealth’s Synchronizer unified API, improving integrations, reliability, data fidelity, and developer experience.
What you'll do
- Set the multi-year roadmap for PMS integrations, data domains, endpoints, and platform capabilities; design end-to-end experiences with Engineering and Design.
- Define and own reliability and data-fidelity metrics, and partner with Engineering on SLAs, observability, and incident learnings.
- Work with go-to-market, customer, integrations, and partnerships teams on launches, adoption, customer feedback, and system coverage.

- Proven success operating at $100M–$500M+ scale and supporting complex GTM motions.
