What you'll do
- Run design critiques and improve the manager-level design review process; mentor and develop consumer designers.
- Manage a team of 5 to 6 designers and allocate design capacity across seven product areas.
- Represent design in product decisions, arbitrate design-system exceptions, and personally ship work on a high-impact consumer product area.
