What you'll do
- Run design critiques, coach and develop designers, and manage performance and promotion cycles for a team of 5 to 6.
- Own design capacity planning across seven product areas, represent design in product decisions, and arbitrate design-system exceptions.
- Ship hands-on design work on at least one high-impact consumer product area.
