Supports the People team across onboarding, recruiting coordination and sourcing, campus recruiting, employee records, and day-to-day employee support.
What you'll do
- Coordinate onboarding, recruiting activities, candidate sourcing, and campus recruiting logistics.
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate records and support employee lifecycle processes and questions.
- Assist with People programs and events, and simplify repeatable work using AI tools.
