Own product design for Nexxa’s industrial AI platform, turning complex workflows and AI capabilities into clear, polished, production-ready experiences.
What you'll do
- Design platform experiences for AI recommendations, agents, automation, approvals, and complex operational workflows; explore new ways users interact with and supervise AI.
- Create and prototype polished UX/UI for dashboards, workflows, command centers, and AI-native interfaces, including interaction details, transitions, states, and motion.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, AI, and leadership to take concepts into production and evolve the design system.

- Strong experience designing sophisticated digital products, platforms, or complex workflows.
- Exceptional visual and product taste, with deep UX understanding and ability to explain design decisions.
- Confident prototyping in Figma or similar tools.
- Able to work through ambiguity and collaborate with engineers to move designs from concept to production.
