Works with finance and treasury customers to design and roll out Nilus solutions, then translates their needs and feedback into product improvements.
What you'll do
- Discover customer treasury workflows and design solutions, including integrations, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Refine agent workflows and translate customer needs into product requirements in partnership with Product and R&D.
- Support customer adoption, beta programs, pre-sales, and reusable solution and enablement materials.
