Leads an on-site shift of data-collection operators, ensuring reliable operations, high-quality robot training data, and effective coaching.
What you'll do
- Manage shift coverage, attendance, breaks, task assignments, handoffs, reporting, and safety and data-handling procedures.
- Coach and train operators to quality standards, conduct re-certifications, and provide performance feedback.
- Coordinate with technicians to resolve rig issues and report shift metrics, blockers, and operational improvements.
