Supports Nimble’s multi-site IT environment by managing employee access and devices, maintaining networks and controls, automating routine tasks, and providing hands-on user and facility support.
What you'll do
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, role changes, access reviews, and related records across sites.
- Support network configuration, endpoint security, compliance controls, and IT automation and integrations.
- Provide end-user and site support; deploy and maintain equipment, assets, and documentation, including through travel to US sites.
What they ask for
- 4-6 years experience in an IT department, or equivalent.
- Experience running onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Hands-on Cisco IOS-XE experience: switching, routing, and wireless.
- Scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or Python; working knowledge of firewalls; experience with Linux, Windows, Apple, and Android.
Nice to have
- Identity provider and SSO/SCIM experience; warehouse or industrial wired and wireless networking.
- Compliance or audit experience (SOC 2, ISO 27001, and/or NIST); CCNA, Network+, or Security+ certification.
