What you'll do
- Oversee warehouse production, staffing, shipments, equipment, and daily reporting.
- Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse associates; support onboarding and employee relations.
- Manage warehouse robots, document maintenance issues, and ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
