About the job
Serves as the primary contact for PEO clients referred through broker partners, coordinating payroll and benefits support and resolving client and broker issues.
What you'll do
- Support client and broker inquiries about payroll, taxes, and benefits, including employee eligibility, enrollment, and qualifying life events.
- Review and audit payroll data, benefit deductions, and monthly client payroll invoices; monitor payroll deadlines and tax setups.
- Coordinate with brokers and internal teams on escalations, renewals, open enrollment, and issue resolution.

- Experience supporting clients sold or serviced through benefits brokers or a PEO broker channel.
