Manages client onboarding and implementation across Niural’s payroll, PEO, EOR, contractor, and Canada payroll services, coordinating setup through go-live.
What you'll do
- Own client implementations from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary client contact and tracking milestones, deadlines, risks, and missing information.
- Collect and verify client and employee data; coordinate payroll, benefits, tax, and other setup tasks across internal teams.
- Prepare clients for launch, resolve setup issues, document handoffs, and help improve onboarding processes and resources.
