Build and lead customer success and deployment operations, taking Noble Machines’ robots from initial pilots through reliable customer-site operations, fleet expansion, and renewal.
What you'll do
- Build and lead deployment, field engineering, and customer success teams; own deployments from site assessment through commissioning and operational hand-off.
- Set readiness standards and repeatable deployment processes, and track customer outcomes and robot performance.
- Manage senior customer relationships and escalations, coordinate deployment partners, and relay field data and customer needs to engineering and product teams.

- 12+ years in customer success, professional services, field engineering, or deployment leadership, including at least 5 years in robotics, industrial automation, autonomous systems, or complex hardware-plus-software products.
- Experience taking robotic or autonomous hardware from R&D to commercial production at external customer sites.
- Experience building and leading distributed, field-based teams.
- Working knowledge of robot autonomy, simulation and sim-to-real validation, and industrial safety standards.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying robots or autonomous equipment in heavy-industry environments.
- Engineering or computer science background; MBA is a plus.

$230,000 - $300,000 per year (base salary)
