What you'll do
- Lead on-site robot deployment, installation, integration, training, and ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, autonomy, and networking problems; analyze incidents and drive fixes.
- Turn field learnings and customer feedback into product improvements, deployment processes, tooling, and documentation.
