About the job
Leads the design, prototyping, testing, integration, and maintenance of mechanical systems for multipurpose humanoid robots operating in real-world environments.
What you'll do
- Design, analyze, fabricate, and test robot structures and mechanisms, including hand calculations and test equipment.
- Create detailed models and engineering prints, build prototypes, and incorporate integration feedback.
- Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated robotic systems and support development and deployed operations.
What they ask for
- 4+ years of experience in at least one of: mechanical-structure projects outside the classroom, academic research on mechanical structures, or professional structural design and analysis.
- Experience building hardware or a passion for contributing to real-world products.
- Experience using high-end CAD software (e.g., NX, CATIA, Solidworks, etc.).
- Experience designing and validating large metallic structures and/or mechanisms.
Nice to have

Pay
$110,000 – $250,000 per year (base salary)
