What you'll do
- Operate and maintain facilities; coordinate building management, landlords, vendors, and contractors.
- Manage preventive maintenance, safety compliance, access control, secure-space upkeep, and emergency documentation.
- Deliver facility projects and lab support; coordinate equipment logistics, space planning, budgets, and expense reporting.
