Build and operate Noom’s healthcare compliance program, covering Medicare compliance, corporate compliance, audits, policies, and regulatory responses.
What you'll do
- Monitor Medicare billing, conduct audits, track corrective actions, and support compliance training and risk assessments.
- Maintain compliance policies, screen employees and vendors against exclusion lists, and oversee delegated vendors and FDRs.
- Handle accommodation requests, contract monitoring, government filings, and regulator inquiries in coordination with internal teams.

- Familiarity with healthcare fraud and abuse laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act, and effective compliance programs.
