Plans and delivers company events, conference participation, and executive appearances to showcase Normal Computing’s hardware and applied AI work.
What you'll do
- Coordinate event operations, vendors, budgets, collateral, and logistics with internal teams and production partners.
- Lead on-site setup, run-of-show, speaker and VIP logistics, and problem-solving; represent Normal to attendees and partners.
- Manage event follow-up, vendor closeout, and lessons learned.
